Novi Cantori presents two different programs for the Christmas season. The Family Carol Festival is a celebration of carols from throughout the ages, some new, some old. We perform with the New England Brass Quartet and with organist John Anderson, and the audience is invited to join in the singing of five carol arrangements. This program is our most popular by far, and is especially suited for children.

Christmas with Novi Cantori is our fine arts concert, performed in two beautiful locations that each have superb acoustics. If you want to hear Novi at their most expressive best, this is the program for you.

All concerts are free, although a donation is always appreciated. All venues except Granville are handicapped-accessible.

Venue directions:

First Congregational Church, 18 Broad Street, Westfield, MA, http://www.churchonthegreen.org.
First Congregational Church is a large brick church with a white tower, facing the town green in the center of Westfield. It is between a fire station and a Westbank branch, and abuts a large Stop and Shop.

From route 91 or 291: Go north to the route 20 West exit. Take route 20 through West Springfield, over hill and dale, into Westfield,  which takes about fifteen minutes. Alternate route (from the south): Take 91 to the south end bridge exit (route 5 north,) cross the bridge and go onto route 57 west. This ends up on 187, which you follow north into Westfield. Go left  on route 20 west, into the center of town, as described below. You'll pass a strip of stores and gas stations, then come into the center of Westfield. Go left at the new Stop and Shop lights, just after the railroad overpass, park somewhere near the church.

From Northampton: Take 10 south through Southampton, past the Pike, down into the center of Westfield (about 30 minutes). At the green, go halfway around, and park as described above.

From Amherst: Take 91 south to the Mass Pike, go west to exit 3 (about 5 miles) and right after the toll booths onto route 10/202 south. Follow this for about 2 miles into the center of town, go halfway around the green and park in the Stop and Shop lot.

St. Stanislaus Basilica, 566 Front Street, Chicopee, MA, http://www.saintstanislaus.org/.
Take route 91 to route 391 (exit 12,) and then take the first exit.  Bear right at the end of the ramp onto Center Street. Go through two lights, and then go right on Front street immediately after the town hall. St. Stanislaus will be on the right about 1/2 mile. There is parking on the street, and behind the church.

Old Meetinghouse, Granville:, Main Road, Granville, MA.
Take 91 south to exit 3 (route 5 north,) cross the South End Bridge and get on Route 57 west (this will join 202 briefly in Southwick.)
Go through Agawam and Southwick, over hill and dale, to Granville center. Go past route 189, and the meetinghouse, which looks like an old church, will be on the left at the top of the hill, across from Jensen’s orchard.

St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 335 Longmeadow Street, Longmeadow MA. http://www.st-andrews-longmeadow.org/.
St. Andrews is located on Rt.5 about 1 mile south of I91 Exit 1 on the left.
